Let me just start by saying - Life can be . . . a lot.

In those moments that my world felt particularly life-ish, I tried to be mindful and live in the moment. But my audhd brain had a hard time staying present.

So I looked for something to help. I figured if I had some kind of touchstone, I could at least use it to remind me to get back on track when my mind started to worry or wander.

I discovered that a physical act of lighting a candle, applying lip balm, or washing my hands helped establish my intent. Then as I'd go about the day, noticing the lingering scent would help nudge me back to awareness.

This combination of scent and intent helped so much that it seemed selfish not to share. And so, Abby Lane Aromatics was born.

So my hope is that, whether you are looking to enhance your well-being or simply enjoy lovely scents, you will find something here that speaks to your heart.
